our boy in parts
When I was getting ready to leave the house today I put John Michael in his car seat... and realized he about fills it out length wise! I kind of laughed... and then realized what that might mean... he might be outgrowing it already! I thought, surely not - he's only two months old!! But, when I checked the manual I realized that indeed... we are 1/2 " away from from him being too long! :(

I was just thinking about taking pictures of Weston's body parts! But not for his bedroom, just as a memory. How neat. I think the belly button one would be cooler if it didn't have his diaper and pants in it- just the belly button. I also think it would be neat if you did the pictures like those discolored pictures you see or in black and white. This is all coming from someone who doesn't know a thing about interior decorating!

I saw a portrait study just like this when Kaleb was little and wanted to do it, but it was too expensive - ever since i have been taking blurry pictures to try to duplicate it.

I did this for Andy. I just took pictures that werent super close up and then went to walmart and cropped them down to size. It worked well. I'm not very camera and computer savy like Michelle so if I can do it anyone can :0)

I did this for Owen's baptism invites...so cute! I'm sure they'll look great in his room! I like the idea of black and white. Awesome once again Michelle!:)
I love the little hand. How cool would it be to have bigger and bigger hand pictures as he grows...
They are wonderful, you have a great eye! The way this kid is growing he will be playing basketball by his 1st birthday. You better tell Johnny to start that basketball court in the back yard!

I get my pics printed at Winkflash... didnt you say you cant do that anymore because of a mac? I got my 368 pics and s&H for $45. I thought it wasnt bad, but I dont take FORTY pics a day either!
I like the pics. I agree that the belly one would be better if it was just belly, and the hand looked a bit fuzzy? I liked the face a lot and I'm not sure about the ear. :)
how about cool AND weird? I suppose it is cool to see how one's hands grow over time, but in itself, individual body parts seem weird to me. then again, I'm weird, so what do I know? Besides, if/when I become a dad, who knows how I will feel about such things? I will probably be doing similar things.
I would do hands, feet, belly button with no diaper, even an eye maybe, but the ear is a little weird. You are a great photographer.
