Tasty Tomatoes & Our Growing Boy

John Michael is obviously big but even though he was large he still looked like a newborn for a while. Now I think he's starting to look like a little baby boy.

Typical "Daddy Time"

Most of you who check this blog know that Adeline LOVES to eat. She will often take me by the hand and walk me over to the refrigerator or the cabinets to ask me for a snack. The other day she took me by the hand and led me to the garden and asked me for a tomato! Here she is enjoying the "fruit" of her labor.

**I'm working on a solution for the picture size issue... what do you think about the sizes of these tomato pictures? Too big still?

Here she is getting lazy. She doesn't like dirty hands so i think she was trying to find a way around it.

It didn't work.

That was HARD work!!

Those are great picutres! I can't believe that she likes tomatoes! My kids don't like them at all! And I really don't care what anyone says ~ I think John Michael looks like Johnny. He's definitely got your eyes, but I think that's it. You'll have to try for a third baby. They say those ones usually look more like the mommy. It worked for me!! :)

soooo what stain remover does the Hamstra house endorse? : ) Loving the 'mato pics. I think that I am on photo #4500 with our camera 98% of them are little miss dananay. You catching up?

First- gross Travis!

Second- what I take from the tomato pictures is if you don't want your kids clothes stained for life don't give them a tomato! Lisa joy you took the words right out of my mouth. No really, I like the size of those pics.

Also, John Michael and Weston share the same little "shirt" from Old Navy in the first pictures. Have you noticed that there are TONS of girl clothes in every store and a hand full of boys?

ummm... i think i have to disagree with the size of the pictures. they definitely don't go with the current layout you have of the blog. if you want pictures this size, then you should look around for a "wide" template - something that doesn't try to squeeze in the postings between two bars. right now, the pictures overlap the right side column text by about 25%.

on the other hand - gosh - what cute pictures of addy! her facial expressions are priceless.

Very cute, and yes, messy! Dominique loves tomatoes too ~ Joshua could take 'em or leave 'em. :)
I read on Lisa's blog about your FORTY pics a day! Woah!
Hey, it looks like JohnMichael is going to have brown eyes??

I am glad to see you took the UT outfit off before she went crazy on the tomoato! Thank you : )

I love the tomato pics, size and all. Yes JM is looking more like a little baby, he is so handsome.

Addy you should tell Connor how good tomotoes are, maybe he'll try them again.

Elizabeth, hmmm... I think his eyes will be blue. Maybe the pictures shows them darker but the insides of them are definitely getting lighter blue. :) I love blue eyes so I'm thrilled!

Aimee - I'm so glad you're standing your ground! I told Johnny that most people think he looks like me... he said they were just all agreeing with each other. I'll have to tell him you aren't swayed by public opinion :)

Grant used to eat tomatoes like that too-he called them apples but knew exactly what he wanted. No one else has taken to them like that. She looks so cute munching from the garden, and what a BIG BOY!
BTW-Did you read the girltalk blog yesterday? I thought of you!

Maybe! Time will tell, I guess. Were Addy's that dark as a baby? My babies had eyes that color, actually Joshua's were much lighter, but now they are definitely very brown. :)

Btw, you left Addy's bib her the other day and Dominique has borrowed it a few times and is saying "Addy" whenever she puts it on! :) (Sounds like "Dai")
