good morning sunshine

Here are some pictures of the porcupine right after waking up. For those of you who will find this amusing... she is wearing a 24 month onesie!

She definitely hasn't mastered creeping or crawling but as you can see in some of these pictures she is up on her hands and knees and learning to move around in rather creative ways!

priya isn't crawling yet either. the other day she discovered gravity. we didn't think she had mastered the art of rolling more than once. well, she has. we were in the kitchen, and heard a thud. like just about everyone before her, priya discovered that by stepping off from a height(in this case, a bed), and just wishing you could fly enables you flight time of exactly the distance from that height to the ground. thank god for carpeted floors.

hey michelle. ok. details... well, not too many. she fell maybe three feet off the bed. we heard the thud and her crying. she was pretty shocked, and probably a little hurt. no bruises or anything though. she cried hysterically for about 30 seconds. wait. that was tish. :-) but really, priya cried for a short time, but we held her and took her out of the room, distracted her, and she was soon her happy self. what an adventurous life for a little girl!

Michelle, what does "cute as a button" mean?

I don't think buttons are cute ... help me please. i want to learn.

Annette calls her children "a button" so she is telling me that Addy is as cute as her own children. Quite a high compliment.
